Salary Advance Management
OFFERING:
Employee will at any give period be able to have access to up to 25% of income already earned for that month, as an advance.
The Employee would be able to receive it either via EFT, E-Wallet or Cash Voucher, or the Employee would be able to buy Airtime, Data or Electricity
The Employee can also upload claims onto the system at any given time, and those claims would directly be linked back to be re-imbursed when the salary is paid for the month
BENNEFITS:
- SMART STAFF will fund the advances throughout the month, so there is no cost on this for the Employer at all, and this would resolve the cash flow problem a lot of people have during the month because of advances. The money is retrieved with payroll
- The employee would also pay less for the airtime and date through Smart Staff then buying normal data or airtime, up to 20% less.
- It is a secured payment portal, and if an employees bank details/cell phone number is not correct on payroll, no payment will be done.
